Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic massage uses a combination of techniques including Swedish modalities, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, etc. to create a client-customized session for an enhanced release of muscular/fascial tension and stress relief.

Pre- & Post-natal Massage

Enjoy 30 or 60 minutes of hands-on relaxation bodywork, with or without the use of techniques targeted towards your area(s) of discomfort. This is great for pregnancy patients 8-40+ weeks along, and also 1 week postpartum.

Cupping Massage

Cupping therapy can be incorporated into any therapeutic massage as an add-on. Please note: some health conditions prohibit the use of cupping.
Through negative pressure (suction), cupping has shown to have several benefits including promoting healing, improve circulation, reduce muscular pain or strains, reduce inflammation, and more.

Chair Massage Event

Show your appreciation for your employees by booking a chair massage event! Pricing is set per hour and includes being on-site, setup & tear down, and 10-minute chair massages*. $100 per hour; 4 hours max. Enhance your therapeutic massage experience with the warm, soothing touch of hot Himalayan salt stones. Bridget is the owner and operator of B Well Therapeutic Massage, LLC. She graduated from Baker College, Cadillac in 2014 with an Associate of Applied Sciences degree, concentrated in therapeutic massage, and has been growing her knowledge/experience and practicing massage therapy ever since! Throughout the years, Bridget has closely networked with chiropractors and fellow licensed massage therapists, along with cosmetologists, estheticians, and more to help aid in whole-body wellness. She can provide traditional, customized hands-on bodywork, but also specializes in pre/post-natal massage as well as trigger point therapy and cupping. Outside of her work, Bridget loves spending time with her family, and raising her beautiful 3 children with her husband. She also loves traveling, camping, golfing, and socializing with friends!
